Gabby and New Baby Deer
So I wondered why Gabby was going insane. You have to look closely, but she was going nose to nose with a brand new baby deer. I think it was probably just born today because it could hardly walk, but it found those legs real fast in order to get away from Gabby-growing up fast in the real world. Thank god the deer had the sense to not have the baby in our yard. I would have to stay in the house for a month.

Cone Head
Gabby's first and I hope last cone-excuse me-ECollar-you know as in Elizabethan. Yeah, I got it. She had to wear this after groomer shaved her tail way too close. Guess where she's not going again. She was so NOT happy and the whole process was a pain in the butt-for real.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO VOTE!
Gabby with her I Voted or Yo Vote sticker on. She spent lots of time at the polls with me today so she deserved the sticker. Heather gave her a new bear as a present for being a good doggie, which is already destroyed. Loves those bears.

She runs for 10 hours and we know that because we can see her on the webcam, but she still manages to come home with a little left over energy.

$1 Store Bear
The week old $1 store bear dismembered and liposuctioned. The good news-the bear still has a head and an arm! And there's also 3 more things to chew independently!

Where the Deer and the Antelope Play
And the next line is NOT "where seldom is heard is a discouraging word". The 8 point buck enjoying lunch in my azaelas. The funniest part though is that when I let Gabby out, the deer bolted to the left by the forsythia and Gabby blasted up the hill to the total right by the pine trees. I could see the deer thinking, "what the..."

Gabby and Rusty "Sharing" the Back Seat
This is us driving back from the beach. Sorry no pictures of Gabby leaping sideways around the surf or us picking the thousand of spurs from her fur after walks or her head poking over the top of the hot tub. A great time had by all.
